No time to chat? No problem. In order to streamline support
requests and better serve you, American Auto Shield's Support Center utilizes a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique Ticket Number that you
can use to track progress and responses online. Once you submit your Ticket,
you’ll receive an email with your assigned Ticket Number. Your
Ticket will be assigned to the appropriate department and an American Auto
Shield representative will respond to your inquiry (usually within 24-48 hours).
For your convenience, you can check your Ticket Status and add information and
attachments to your Ticket at any time.
