AAS Support Center Response Time

You will receive an email response with a Support Ticket Number after opening a Support Ticket, indicating we have received your request.


You will receive a personal response from a TeamAutoShield Representative in approximately 24-48 hours. The representative will work with you directly to answer any questions or concerns you may have.


You can also check the status of your Support Ticket at any time as well as add additional comments that may assist us in resolving your support request.
