If your vehicle cannot or should not be driven to a repair facility, your American Auto Shield vehicle service contract provides you with an emergency roadside assistance benefit 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Emergency roadside services are provided by Roadside Protect, Inc., of Signature’s Nationwide Auto Club, Inc.

If your vehicle becomes disabled

Please have your contract number available

Call 1-866-222-7869, and a service vehicle will be dispatched to you

While there is a combined maximum limit for emergency road service benefits, your contract deductible does not apply to roadside assistance.

Please review your contract for information regarding coverage, limits, conditions and terms. Roadside services may not be available in all states and may vary by state.
