AAS career benefits: professional development

Created in 2015, the objective of the Educational Assistance Program is to assist AAS employees who wish to:

  • Further pursue their education
  • Enhance current knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Secure increased responsibility and growth within their professional career
  • Improve future potential contributions for the company


In keeping with this philosophy, we established the EAP, which offers three types of assistance:

  1. Tuition reimbursement program
  2. Job specific continuing education and development courses
  3. Personal enrichment training


Educational Assistance Program (EAP)

Professional development and career growth through continuing education


Tuition reimbursement program

Full-time employees who've been employed by AAS for more than one year are eligible for reimbursement for continuing education through an accredited program in which the coursework or degree is applicable to our business and the employee's approved career path.


Job-specific continuing education & development

All active employees are eligible for support for job related development courses and certification examinations! Courses, seminars, or examination cost must be provided by an accredited institution or organization. Course work must be applicable to current role and aligned with business objectives.


Personal enrichment training

Full-time employees who've been employed by AAS for more than one year are eligible for reimbursement for training of their choice. This training doesn't need to be job specific, or company related - it can be anything that benefits the employee's overall health and well-being. From cooking and mixology classes to dojo, we encourage you to go and grow!
