In addition to mechanical breakdown coverage and claims service, your vehicle service contract provides built-in benefits to compliment your existing coverage. This complimentary benefit includes trip interruption reimbursement.

Lodging and restaurant expense reimbursement

If your vehicle must remain at a repair facility overnight as a result of an authorized mechanical breakdown or failure and is more than 100 miles from your home, we will reimburse up to $125 per day for a maximum of 4 days of your lodging and restaurant expenses.

The maximum benefits provided by this endorsement are $500 per covered breakdown. Trip Interruption claims incurred during the waiting period or prior to the contract effective date are not covered under the contract.
