Reopening a support ticket

We sincerely apologize if your support ticket was closed prior to a resolution of your issue. Because your customer claims experience matters, registered users can reply to a ticket at any time to reopen it by logging into the AAS Helpdesk portal. Just click Login in the top right corner to access your support ticket list and view. 


When submitting and reopening a support request, we recommend providing as much detail as possible to ensure we can properly address your concerns. Be sure to include any necessary supporting documents with your request, such as routine maintenance records and receipts.
